The rooms with balcony. Efficient personnel who booked us in and called for a porter and GREAT food. Good pool, parking on-site. The spa area worked very well. A wonderful and lovely location close to bars and restaurants.

The hotel serves a delicious breakfast with freshly made omelettes prepared by a chef. It is conveniently situated in a central area within walking distance to the ski lift, bus and rail stations, the lake, and key amenities like the main gondola for accessing the slopes, equipment hire shops, and the bus station. We enjoyed our stay and the great location of the property, and would definitely consider staying here again.

Staff was always cheerful, friendly and very helpful especially with our initial arrival questions about local sports activities, ski rentals, transportation, etc. Spa/Relaxation area with whirlpool, indoor/outdoor pools and sauna was very nice to comeback to after a day of winter sports. Hotel decor was beautiful traditional Austrian style and very pleasant to just to sit and relax in whether in your room, in the lounge, or in the dining area for meals. A thoroughly enjoyable week!

The room was beautifully decorated and brand-new with a water bed. the staff was fantastic and friendly. the hotel offers a huge variety of facilities like coffee and a couch. the location is excellent, very close to the lake, main shopping areas, Salzburg, the massive waterfall at Krimml. It is also situated in a beautiful area of Zell.

This unique spot is tidy, with incredibly welcoming staff who assisted us upon arrival and arranged for luggage transportation, situated just a short stroll away from the Zell am See-Kaprun area.

The room was beautifully decorated and brand-new with a balcony, and had all the essentials needed; the location by the lake was perfect and amazing, surpassing high expectations.

Location: the hotel was next to the lake and shopping area, the bus station, train station or cable cars and all the bars cafes and restaurants. The place was close to Gruner Baum, where you can have dinner. The rooms were large and contemporary and view of the mountain was excellent. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, there were a TV, a sitting area, and a chair available.
